Terms of Service
1. The service
MyFXCoding publishes scores, summaries and analyses of MetaTrader 4 and 5 Expert Advisors, built from backtest reports. A membership gives full access to the full details of individual reports for a set period. These terms govern your use of MyFXCoding and any content, features, or services we provide.
You may use the service only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. No investment advice
Analyses are for information only. Backtest results are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance. You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
3. Accounts
You must keep your login details confidential and provide accurate, current information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or act in a way that could harm our service. You remain responsible for all activity until such suspension or termination takes effect.
4. Membership
A membership is a one-time payment that gives full access to the full analysis of every report for 30 days. It does not renew automatically. You can renew at any time. You will receive an email before and after it ends. Access is tied to the membership period: when it ends, you can no longer view full reports, including reports you opened during that period or an earlier one. Renewing restores access to all reports for a new period.
If you request a refund within 14 days of paying and have not opened a full report during that period, we refund the payment in full. Once you open a full report, you lose your right of withdrawal for that membership period, as you confirm at checkout, and the payment is not refundable. Memberships are tied to your user account and may not be transferred or sold.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices for memberships are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes only where required. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
5. Site content
All Expert Advisor analyses and backtest reports on this site are curated and uploaded by the site administrator. We do not accept user-submitted Expert Advisor files or backtest reports through the public interface.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware through any channel.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the property of MyFXCoding or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as required to use the service.
7. Trademarks
MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Software Corp. MyFXCoding is not affiliated with MetaQuotes Software Corp. or MQL5.com.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. While we aim for accuracy, analyses and scores are generated by automated processes and may contain errors. You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall MyFXCoding, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of - or inability to use - the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyFXCoding, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "last reviewed" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
