MyFXcoding.com ("we", "us", "our") is a freelance Expert Advisor (EA) development service specialising in MQL4 and MQL5 automation for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. This website is operated as a personal/sole-trader service.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service and communicate with you.

2.1 EA Submission Form

When you submit a trading strategy, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• MT4/MT5 account number (used to lock the compiled EA)
• Strategy details (entry/exit rules, indicators, timeframe, risk settings)
• Any files you upload (screenshots, PDFs of trading results - max 5 files, 10 MB each)

2.2 Contact Form

When you send a message via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

Our hosting provider (Plesk / letshostweb.com) may log standard server-access data including IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and pages visited. We do not control this logging and do not use it for profiling.

2.4 Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 (invisible, score-based) to detect and prevent automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and application data, and sends it to Google. This data is used to provide, maintain, and improve the reCAPTCHA service. See Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To fulfil the service - develop, compile, and deliver your Expert Advisor
• To communicate - reply to your submission or contact message
• To compile your EA - your MT4/MT5 account number is passed to the compiler to lock the EA to your account
• Spam prevention - reCAPTCHA scores are used to block automated submissions; they are not stored after validation

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on our hosting server at letshostweb.com. We implement the following security measures:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Passwords hashed (bcrypt) - we never store plain-text passwords
• Uploaded files stored outside the web root with PHP execution blocked via .htaccess
• File uploads validated by real MIME type (not just extension) before being saved
• Database access restricted to server-local connections only
• Admin panel protected by password authentication with session management

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics cookies without consent.

You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Google reCAPTCHA - spam protection on forms (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google Fonts - font delivery via CDN (Google Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare CDN - Font Awesome icons (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
• letshostweb.com - server hosting; processes data in accordance with their terms

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking or advertising services.

7. Your Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

• Right to data portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object - object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

• EA Submissions - retained until the EA is delivered and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 12 months) for support purposes, then deleted
• Contact Messages - retained for 6 months after the last communication, then deleted
• Uploaded files - deleted along with the associated submission record

You may request early deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

9. Children's Privacy

MyFXcoding.com is a service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users via email if we hold your contact details.
